RETURNS & REFUNDS
For whatever reason, the customer can return the order, entirely or partially. Items can be returned for exchange goods of the same type of product or refund within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. Items must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent, packaged in an orderly manner and with the sign and/or label of it even attached.
If customers wish to return the goods, they are requested to send an email to and ask their return authorization number (RAN). The written request must contain the order number, the code/s of the article/s to be returned and the reason for return: Refund or exchange merchandise.
After customer submit this request to the customer service, the customer will receive an email with the return authorization number (RAN) and the instructions to follow to make the return. Customers are asked to write their own RAN on the label attached to each article and on the copy of the invoice to be put in the package. Customers are requested to carefully follow the instructions provided to them.
Customers can choose between the following compensation options:
- Change of goods
Items can be exchanged for the same model, size and/or different color, if available. Changes with different items are not accepted. The new article can following the same procedure.
In the event that the customer redeems the order made, the refund is made on the same day of receiving the product and only after the quality control of the returned items.
For orders paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the company issuing the credit card, in any case concerned about 20 working days.
The refund of orders made by bank transfer shall be returned to the original bank account within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Refunds are issued in the same currency of original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded resulted from fluctuations in the exchange rate and will not be reimbursed.

Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels, wrappers and other accessories (dustbag, and cover clothing, etc.) Received in the package. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged or altered and used as packing box for shipping.
In case of defective goods or incorrect due to an error committed by domumofficina.com, customers are requested to follow the instructions above. We ask our customers to provide photographic evidence proving the defect or error. In such cases, the shipping charges and any customs charges are the responsibility of domumofficina.com.
Returns must be shipped in the packing box originally used by domumofficina.com, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
The shipping costs for the return of items purchased at full price or discounted to less than 50% are in charge of domumofficina.com.
The shipping costs for the return of discounted items than or equal to 50%, are charged to the customer.
Any customs fees are always paid by the customer.
Below, are the costs for the return expected for the following geographic areas:
Italy: € 10
EU: € 20
Extra EU (rest of world): € 30
Authorized returns from domumofficina.com must be shipped from the same country in which it was originally shipped the order.
Authorized returns must be shipped with the courier indicated by domumofficina.com in the email containing the instructions for return. domumofficina.com reserves the right to not accept returns if the customer entrusts the shipment to a different courier from the one indicated, and in the event that the delivery lead to additional costs for domumofficina.com or requiring its withdrawal from a branch of the courier .
domumofficina.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or not sent in accordance with the policy made. In these cases, domumofficina.com can return the package to the sender address of the original shipment. In case of acceptance of unauthorized return or non-conforming, domumofficina.com may retain 10% of the value of the returned goods from the refund due.
In all matters not specifically expressed, evidence shall be the European standard for remote trading
